Vema Paragon Academy was established in 2016. It comprises of crèche,kindergarten, nursery, Primary and secondary. It is located at Holy Ghost College Road, Umuobia, Olokoro Umuahia. Founded by a seasoned group of educators that came from Port- Harcourt, Rivers state. With the aim of enhancing the standard of education in Umuahia environs.
The team was led by Rev. Sis. Fiat, Mr Chinedu Edeh, Mrs Ukachukwu and Mrs Awoyemi. Afterwards the later was appointed as the first proprietress of VPA. The sole Administrator is Mrs AKUBUEZE Ucha, while Mr AKUBUEZE is the Co-ordinator. The school started with 11 Academic staff and 3 non academic staff, Which usually consists of
a. Minder
b. A cleaner
C. Security.
Vema paragon started with 11 pupils which made up 8 classes of nursery and primary. Our pride in VPA is our integrity,commitment and excellence which are the core values.
